Deine Ausbildung bei SPALECK
Du interessierst Dich für Technik und willst verstehen, wie mechanische Teile und elektronische Steuerung zusammenarbeiten? In der Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker bei SPALECK lernst Du, wie man aus einzelnen Komponenten funktionierende Gesamtsysteme macht. Du baust nicht nur die Mechanik unserer Siebanlagen auf, sondern kümmerst dich auch um die Verdrahtung und die Inbetriebnahme der Steuerungstechnik.
Als Mechatroniker bist Du dafür verantwortlich, dass Mechanik und Elektronik perfekt ineinandergreifen. Du montierst die elektrischen Komponenten sowie die Sensorik unserer Maschinen. Nach dem Aufbau nimmst Du die fertigen Anlagen in Betrieb, prüfst die Softwarefunktionen und sorgst durch regelmäßige Wartung und Fehlersuche dafür, dass die Technik reibungslos läuft.
Das erwartet Dich in Deiner Ausbildung
Damit unsere Anlagen präzise laufen, startest Du mit den Grundlagen der Metallbearbeitung und lernst, technische Zeichnungen sowie Schaltpläne zu lesen. Im Laufe Deiner Ausbildung wirst Du zum Allrounder: Du lernst das Verdrahten von Baugruppen, den Aufbau von elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Systemen sowie die Programmierung von Steuerungen. Du montierst unsere Maschinen von Grund auf, nimmst sie selbst in Betrieb und stellst sicher, dass bei der Auslieferung an unsere internationalen Kunden jedes Detail stimmt.
Wenn Du handwerkliches Geschick mit Interesse an Elektrotechnik verbindest und gerne an komplexen Systemen arbeitest, die mechanisch wie elektronisch perfekt laufen müssen, passt Du perfekt in unser Team.

We train people to meet our own needs. If your performance is strong and you get along well with the team, we’re very interested in hiring you as a permanent member of our mechatronics team after you graduate.
You’ll be working directly on our screening machines and conveyor systems for the recycling industry. These aren’t assembly-line products, but rather custom projects for each client that present new technical challenges every time.
We strike a balance between the two. You’ll start by learning the basics of metalworking, but then you’ll dive deep into electrical engineering, pneumatics, and control systems. The goal is for you to be proficient in both fields by the end.
