More InformationApplication example
If a vibrating conveyor is used as a bunker discharge chute in the recycling industry, for example, it is often exposed to extreme forces and stresses. Your new SPALECK vibratory conveyor trough is therefore designed to be very robust and durable. In addition, they can optionally be equipped with, for example, easily replaceable wear plates made of Hardox or a similar material. This steel design offers you very low maintenance and protects you from unscheduled downtime.
To find the optimum vibratory conveyor for your application, the following information is important for selection and dimensioning:
Stainless steel vibratory feeders are used wherever hygiene, purity, and cleanliness are essential, such as when performing food or pharmaceutical conveying. Other applications include feeding material into dryers, metered discharge, and dust-tight transport. When used with food, the Vibratory feeders must also be food-safe.
Vibratory feeders made of stainless steel are therefore used in these areas of application. Thanks to the material properties of stainless steel, you benefit from many advantages, such as protection against contamination or harmful substances.
The GMP-compliant Vibratory feeders are also very quick and easy to clean. Benefit from our SPALECK ComfortLINE design here too. This reduces the maintenance and production costs of your end products.
Tailored to Your Needs
Our vibrating conveyor troughs consist, as standard, of the conveyor trough with a trough-shaped structure, a drive, an inlet, an outlet, as well as the substructure and control unit.
The individual components and their designs are optimally selected and adapted to your requirements.
For example, a bunker chute for scrap metal is equipped with wear plates and flexible seals.
Conversely, a vibrating conveyor trough used in pharmaceutical production for distributing powder can be designed to meet the ATEX standard and feature a dust-tight cover.
If long conveying distances need to be covered, the vibrating conveyors can also be connected in series.
Of course, vibration monitoring sensors can also be installed, which you can then use in conjunction with our SPALECK Connect technology.
Depending on the application, we equip the vibratory conveyor with one of the following drive types:
Thanks to our innovative machine bearings, vibrations are transmitted only minimally to the foundation and the surrounding steel structure. This simplifies the integration or replacement of older no-name products.
Vibratory feeders are machines that are used for conveying, dosing and leveling bulk materials, raw materials and recycling materials of all kinds. They are an important component of production plants or recycling plants. They are available in normal steel as well as stainless steel in a food-safe GMP design. The aim is to transport the product over short to medium distances. Depending on the area of application, low conveying capacities up to conveying capacities of over 500 t/h are required.
The range of products and materials that can be conveyed using vibrating conveyors is virtually unlimited. From A for waste to C for chemical products to Z for zinc residue, everything is included. SPALECK vibratory conveyors can be used to convey almost all free-flowing bulk materials in all grain sizes.
These include:
As your partner for vibrating conveyor chutes, we offer you decades of experience in conveying and separating. Is your material not listed here? We would be happy to advise you on the best vibrating conveyor technology for your material and process.
The operation and technology of a vibrating conveyor can be explained as follows: Vibrating conveyors are set into a constant, uniform vibration by, for example, a magnetic drive or an unbalanced motor. This oscillating movement in the transport direction moves the bulk material on the surface of the vibrating conveyor trough. The aim can be, for example, to feed the product to the next production step with the help of the vibratory conveyor trough. In the food production sector, this could be, for example, a screening machine. In slag recycling, special vibrating conveyor chutes are used, for example, between a screening machine and a magnetic separator. Vibrating conveyors are characterized by very gentle and even conveying of the material.
