As a manufacturer of screening machines, we build machines tailored to your specific applications. In most cases, we can accommodate planned changes in granule sizes by adjusting the screening machine in advance.
One example is a tension-shaft screening machine. Its screening mats can be quickly adjusted when changing batches.
For example, in a single batch, screening can be performed on fertilizer granules with particle sizes of 0–3 mm and 3–8 mm. For another type of fertilizer, the sizes might be 0–2 mm, 2–6 mm, and 6–9 mm. In this case, you simply swap out the screening mats accordingly. You can find a video showing how this works at www.spaleck.de/videos.
Scalable production volumes
Our fertilizer screening machines are often designed to handle high tonnage. The material is typically very demanding; it can be sticky, moist, and abrasive. Typical processing rates are 100 metric tons per hour or even 150 metric tons per hour. Of course, our plant engineering services also include the design and construction of smaller or larger machines.
Example of Use: Lime Fertilizer
With SPALECK screening technology, the precise removal of unwanted fine dust and oversize grains from mineral lime fertilizers is a breeze. In this case, a Flip-Flow screening machine was used to maximize the quality of the final product.
Fertilizer has become an indispensable part of modern agriculture. At the same time, environmental protection must be taken into account. For example, over-fertilization must be avoided.
That is why modern technology is used in fertilizer production. It is only with the help of this technology that the efficiency of the production process for high-quality fertilizer is ensured.
Here at SPALECK, we partner with many leading fertilizer manufacturers and work with them to develop reliable and highly selective Screening technology.
