Thanks to state-of-the-art 3D and Flip-Flow technology, screening runs with virtually no clogging—even with wet, sticky, or bulky materials.
The 550T’s screen box can be hydraulically adjusted within an angle range of 13° to 19° and raised by 500 mm, allowing for optimal adjustment for various applications.
Available with a Tier 4 Final Stage 5 diesel engine or as a plug-in hybrid with two 37-kW electric motors—for maximum flexibility and efficiency.

At the heart of the mobile plant is the SPALECK 3D COMBI Flip-Flow screening machine. This combined model ensures that the material on the upper deck is optimally loosened and turned. Flip-Flow screening machines equipped with a tensioned-shaft screen deck can also screen coarse-grained material.
The screen deck with 3D screen segments, mounted above the tension shaft screen deck and forming a cascade with it, protects the tension shaft screen mats by reducing the load on them. This extends their service life and ensures optimal screening results.
Thanks to their modular design, the 3D screen segments with maximum screening area can be quickly and easily reconfigured.
The screening mats on the Flip-Flow screening machine are secured without screws and have no edges that could cause problems. This allows the screening mats to be changed quickly, ensuring an optimal product flow.
