At the heart of the mobile plant is the SPALECK 3D COMBI Flip-Flow screening machine. This combined model ensures that the material on the upper deck is optimally loosened and turned. Flip-Flow screening machines equipped with a tensioned-shaft screen deck can also screen coarse-grained material.
The screen deck with 3D screen segments, mounted above the tension shaft screen deck and forming a cascade with it, protects the tension shaft screen mats by reducing the load on them. This extends their service life and ensures optimal screening results.
