Self-cleaning sieve technology
SPALECK AutoCLEAN is the new screen lining with integrated self-cleaning for use in recycling plants. It is suitable for Recycling processes that process rapidly contaminating materials such as Municipal solid waste, Slag, Auto Shredder Residue or Compost. Thanks to its self-cleaning effect, it prevents build-up and clogging of the Screen areas. This minimizes cleaning effort and improves sorting quality.
Introduction to the SPALECK AutoCLEAN screening panel
In the photo, you can see how the SPALECK AutoCLEAN screening panel works. A continuous, additional movement of the screening area effectively prevents material such as Slag, Municipal solid waste, or—as shown here—Compost from sticking to the screening area. In contrast, the lower section shows the sticking of sticky material on a screening panel without AutoCLEAN technology—a problem that was previously unavoidable. The benefit for recyclers: fully automatic cleaning of their screening panels.
