The best running conditions and a great festival atmosphere were ideal conditions for the almost 4,000 runners at the 16th Bocholt City Run on May 2, 2015.
The Spaleck team was once again well represented with a good 20 participants. In addition to old hands, there were also debut participants this year – such as Karin Meis, technical draughtswoman at Spaleck: “I like running in my free time. But I had never taken part in a race before. So when my colleagues asked if I would like to take part, I was a bit nervous. But the 5-kilometer race was great. I’ll be back next year!”
From the point of view of the Spaleck health circle, the company’s own health management, this is already the 7th edition of the Bocholt City Run. The tradition is not only the participation in the 5 or 10 km run and the subsequent get-together on Bocholt’s market square, but also a small award ceremony for the fastest runners at the beginning of the next working week.
